Welcome to fia-lia.net - my personal home page. My name is Sofia and I am a Computer Engineer. I currently work with Unix operational management at a large Swedish government agency. This web site is a place for me to present myself and publish whatever I like to. Basically its just a silly old personal website. I originally started a website because I was intrigued by learning HTML. This was in 1998. The content of my site is pretty varied, and sort of describes my online life since that time. Some of the content actually remains from that very first site. The content has grown over the years and I have written about the subjects contained for very varied reasons. These days I don't really add anything at all to be honest. In this incarnation of my site I haven't even linked in everything I would like to have included. One day I will though. Currently (February 2007) I am considering yet another new design, but we shall have to see what happens with that. :) In any case I hope you enjoy your visit and find my site useful for something.
To best view this site you need a browser capable of displaying png images and CSS2. If you are having problems viewing it, I would really appreciate if you let me know. I am relying entirely on stylesheets to do the layout, so its probably going to look weird in older browsers (Lynx should work OK though).
